What it's all about.

I made this new blog to have a place to post my sewing and crafting projects.  Um, yeah, that's about it.  For now.  I'm testing the pic-posting capabilities, which were lacking the last time I tried.  Here is a picture of some things I recently crafted:

 A purse I reconstructed, painting gerber daisies all over it, then sewing up custom padding inside so it could be used as a camera case:

A sleep mask for a sci-fi fan, with Luke's face from a vintage curtain panel I got at a thrift store!

Reversible fabric headbands:

 Crayon organizer pouches.  You put the crayons in the little slot-pockets and it makes the monsters have fangs:  (better pic coming)

Checkbook cover with pink velvet ribbons to hold the pages of your register:
